The last episode of F-EMME was all about women in film. This week, we're discussing what it's like for women in the theater industry. Michaela has spent many years acting and performing, and she shares with us some of her experiences in the industry.
We're also thrilled to have Louise Thörner and Ida-Maria Ellström from the feminist theater group September Teatern on the show! They're their upcoming production of "Big Sister", about a social experiment involving 4 women who learn about what it means to be a woman but also about female role models who have been written out of history. Ida-Maria and Louise also talk about their experiences in theater and why it's so important for them to be part of September Teatern.
"Big Sister" will be showing Saturday, May 26th and Sunday, May 27th at Göteborgs dramatiska teater, with two showings each day, at kl. 15 and 18. The tickets are free; all you need to do is email septemberteatern@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Don't miss our interview with Ida-Maria and Louise, tonight at 9pm. You can also listen anytime on Mixcloud.
