Austria, Vienna by Harald

The new life hadn’t stated for Harald with moving to Sweden. The real change of lifestyle came later: with the moment his daughter was born. For this reason he took his time to discover all the places in the city welcome for parents with children. Especially parks like Botaniska Trädgården or Svarte mosse.
The Nordic countries are exceptional in terms how the public places are adjusted to the necessities of parents with very small kids. In contrary to Austria, in Sweden almost all public toilets provide places to change diapers. That’s how same facilities, barely unnoticeable for someone who does not need them, can be crucial for the once who does.
Even if Harald is happy with his life in Gothenburg, there are some moments when he misses Vienna. The more memories he calls the longer is the list of spots worthy to visit in this city. Obligatory is a walk through the old town, along narrow streets of the center. Sightseeing should include visit in city hall, cathedral and at least one cafeteria in order to enjoy the fantastic atmosphere of the old town. Highly recommended is also a detour to the winery at the outskirts, on the small hill, from where the great view is stretching on the Vienna’s panorama. In case someone would like to have some rest Harald advices to drop in Schweizer House café (Swiss House) or in Lantman café. Hmm… Let’s try it out!
