Next Stop: Gothenburg

Next Stop: Mental Health

"I think the important thing in both of these conditions really, both anxiety and depression, is - look at the balance of your life...it's all about a proper balance between the demands of life and giving ourselves enough time to recover from it."

Glen Bryan is Gothenburg's leading English clinical psychologist, and he joined us in the studio for Saturday's mental health awareness show. We discuss anxiety & depression and he gives expert advice on how to practice self-care. Hear Glen this Saturday @ 1 p.m. on Next Stop: Gothenburg's brand new show.

It's Time to Talk about Mental Health - tune in tomorrow & join the movement!

Next Stop: Passion Project

We explore people and what drives them in this broadcast of Next Stop Gothenburg's Passion Project.

Award-winning filmmaker Finlay Pretsell joins us in the studio for a thought provoking interview discussing his Swedish premiere of TIME TRIAL at the Gothenburg Film Festival, the trials and tribulations of directing a documentary, and what passion represents to him. We also speak to Loria Boban, a London-based singer hailing from Sweden to get advice on how to find and hone your passion.

Last but not least, this week's Fireside Chat features none other than Usman Ul-haq - our hilarious guest co-host. From answering questions about penguins in freezers, to debating the use of Siri in a shark attack, Usman and Ayurella play a quick-witted round of 20 Questions and exercise their acting chops in games meant to induce side-splitting laughter.

A dish best served hot, don't pass-ion up on this broadcast!

Lights. Camera. Replay!

As we're getting ready to launch an all new show this Saturday, featuring new hosts, new vibes, and a whole new sound, it's probably a good time to take a second. Ask yourself - what am I missing in my life? The answer is simple. Did you forget to catch last year's episode about blind dating in a new city? Or maybe you slept in that one Saturday and skipped the show where the greatest minds in quantum computing were interviewed? Could it even be that you weren't near a radio or computer to listen to The One With Netflix and Cinema Chill?

Fear not. You can play all of the above, and more, right here:
