Flea markets in gothemburg (or where you can sell your stuff for free)

So to response of last show were i promised to put out the information i collected about the flea markets in ghotembourg.

We start with the bigger ones:

Kommersen loppmarknad
It is indoor and at 1:a långatan every weekend between 10-15 (Saturday and Sunday)

Bellevue marknad:
stallmästaregatan 3 the tramstop Bellevue every weekend between 10-15 (Saturday and Sunday)

Kvibergsmarknad:
Tramstop Kviberg every weekend between 10-15(Saturday and Sunday)

Then they are the ones with the cars, outside and well probably nicer if nice weather.

Bagageloppis:
Next time is the 19-20 may tramstop Botaniska trädgården 11-15

Backluckeloppis Grönavallen:
Next time is the 19 may. tramstop Jaegerdorffsplatsen/mariaplan between 9-15

Now to the flea markets were you can sell your stuff without paying a fee for it.
The first one is the 19 may and is called

GÅRDA LOPPIS (search it in Google or facebook to find the event)
It is at Fabriksgatan 44-50 in gårda and the closest tramstops are liseberg/korsvägen/scandinavium
And it is between 11-15.

The last and biggest flea market is the
MEGALOPPIS Majorna
It is a fleemarket all around Majorna and occurs once every year. All the habitans and everyone else can sell their stuff at majorna. This is the 27 may between 11-17

I am sorry If i put some wrong spelling and I just googled and translated the information so if it is unclear just google the different flee markets :)

Happy buying old but so necessary to have stuff

//Karla

Banana Marsmallow Daim Cookies and easter swedish class.

To continue the food theme of the week before this I just planned to add the recepie of the "whatewer you have at home cookies" That in the lates case contained the delicious ingredients of DAIM and Banana marsmallows.

The skills for making the cookies you need are: creativity, problems solving and some knowledge in how to handel a kitchen crisis, but the most imporant to remember is NOT TO PANIC.

Ingredients
Butter(margarin works well I havent tried oil but if you do pleas tell me if it worked)
Flour
Sugar(not white sugar makes the prettiest cookies but wathewer you have at home works)
Honey (or sirup, or some other kind of liquid sugar)
1 egg (if crisis ouccurs add one extra. If you dont have one, use more butter)
Banana marsmallow and DAIM (or wathewer candy you feel is nice to use) A LOT.

Take about 50g or 75 grams of butter and melt it in the microwawe if the honey used is not liquid melt it too.
Add an amount (one cup a deciliter or some other unit) of Flour half the amount of sugar and half the amount of honey. add 1 egg and mix.
Here you need some cooking skills, I'm sorry to say. When everything is mixed togheter(preferably in a bowl) it should be sticky, if it doent stick to the sides of the bowl add some more melted butter or in emergency 1 extra egg (this is before adding water the last resort to the cookies)

Taste the douhg and see if it is to sweet if it is to sweet just add more flour.
Add a pinch of salt.
chop the marmallows and daim add, stir and make small cookie chaped things on something you can put in the oven (preferably non sticking)

cook in 200degres celsius for about 10 minutes.
Enjoy or if complete faliure occured just try again.

//Karla

SWEDISH CLASS EASTER THEME
Ägg - Egg
Kyckling - Chicken
Kanin - Bunny
Gul - Yellow
Påskägg- Easter egg
Häxa - Witch

GLAD PÅSK ALLIHOPA (happy easter everyone)

Following our special foody food evening, some simple French recipes !

First, a kind of French pie, cheap and easy to cook, a good manner to impress your friends.

La Quiche-Lorraine

You need : puff pastry (smördeg), 200g bacon (the one in small pieces you can use for carbonara pasta), 3 eggs, 2Ocl crème fraîche, 20cl milk, pepper & salt (optionally : nutmeg)

1. Always first thing, heat the oven : 180°c.
2. Put the pastry in a dish pie, then "prick" the pastry with a fork (it prevents that it cooks crazy).
3. Cook the bacon in a pan, when done spread them on the pastry.
4. In a bowl, mix together eggs, cream, milk, and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg as you like it.
5. Finally, poor the preparation you've made on the pastry.
Cook for 45 to 50 minutes, serve hot or cold with salad. Bon appétit !

Then, the traditional French crêpes, here is the simplets recipe ever !

You need : 500g floor, 1 liter of milk and 5 eggs (optionally : a spoon of orange blossom if you manage to find it)

All you have to do is mixing the eggs with the floor, then gently poor little by little the milk with it (even after 20 years of experience it is hard to avoid making lumps, so don't worry and keep mixing hard). With this preparation, you're gonna be able to bake about 20 crêpes in a medium pan (30 cm diameter), about two minutes each side.
Then, you can eat them with jam, sugar, honey, lemon, basically anything you like and you can also have eat as an entire meal as you can also put them back on a hot pan and add an egg, ham, cheese, mushrooms and agains anything you want !

Let express your tatse and imagination !
